Therefore, it is essential that the successful Candidate knows the Milton Keynes and surrounding area and can hit the floor running with passion and drive to develop new recruitment opportunities - whether this be within local businesses or larger contracts or even on-site.You will be someone who is self motivated and have a proven track record of success within Industrial recruitment of at least 24 months. If you possess experience in developing volume business in the Buckinghamshire area this would be a distinct advantage.
