Working Hours 40 hours p/w, Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
Hybrid Working Working from the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home
Established in 2005, the TXM Group currently consists of 14 brands, totalling 450 staff, with offices around the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team, playing a key role in sourcing top global talent across all Group roles and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for our new starters
Key duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create a steady flow of talent into the business
- Be proactive in identifying candidates for current and future job roles
- Sourcing and screening of candidates
- Build a talent pool network within our local markets
- Create talent pools to target/access less obvious and higher quality candidates
- Develop and maintain pools of internal and external talents
- Call candidates / applicants to screen them for suitable roles
- Write job adverts
- Seek and act upon constructive feedback on recruitment process and practices as part of continuous improvement
- Administer job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies
- Manage the posting of job vacancies using reliable and the best performing recruitment channels / platforms
- Execute recruitment social media communication in accordance with HR and other existing branding/marketing guidelines
- Generation and issuing of HR documentation including contracts of employment and offer letters to new starters
- Carrying out new starter onboarding and inductions
- Pre employment checks
- Dealing with general queries
The talent we are after:
- Prior experience in a resourcing / recruitment role
- Must be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Have strong organisation skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all employees across the Group must be approachable, courteous and supportive
- Must take initiative and be self-motivated
- Advocate for team work
- Experience in HR administration is preferable
