You’ll be joining a supportive team of 10–15 colleagues, all focused on one thing: helping people overcome challenges and get back into meaningful, sustainable work.Why this role?

A day in the life:
  • Meeting with your caseload (around 70 participants at a time) to check progress and set goals.
  • Helping with CVs, interview prep, and applications.
  • Coordinating vacancies with local employers and matching participants to the right opportunities.
  • Referring people to additional support, from self-employment advice to confidence building.
  • Tackling practical barriers, like arranging transport to interviews or sourcing funded clothing and bikes.

  • Are target-driven and organised — you’ll need to balance empathy with achieving results.
