A day in the life:

Meeting with your caseload (around 70 participants at a time) to check progress and set goals.
Helping with CVs, interview prep, and applications.
Coordinating vacancies with local employers and matching participants to the right opportunities.
Referring people to additional support, from self-employment advice to confidence building.
Tackling practical barriers, like arranging transport to interviews or sourcing funded clothing and bikes.
