We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients in the software space who specialise in analytics, which they have been at the forefront of for many years. They are looking for a new addition to join their team as a Customer Account Manager.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be building and maintaining client relationships, tailoring programmes to meet client needs and drive long-term satisfaction, providing insight to clients as well as liaising with internal teams to provide feedback for product development. You will have proven account manager experience and have a keen interest in data and technology.

This role is a 12-month contract with the potential to turn permanent.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, including onboarding, training, retention and ongoing satisfaction
  • Tailoring programmes to meet client needs and to drive long-term satisfaction
  • Support with client renewals
  • Provide insights to clients, feeding back to the Sales and Marketing teams as well as sharing client feedback for the product development process
  • Working alongside the Marketing team to build customer referrals and testimonials
  • Proactively identifying any issues with accounts and resolving them
  • Assist the Sales team with pre-sales queries
  • Creating client documentation and guides


Key skills and experience required for a Customer Account Manager
 

  • Proven account manager experience
  • A keen interest in data and technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel
