Responsibilities
- Process, fulfill, and track customer orders using order management software
- Coordinate with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
- Update and maintain accurate records of orders
- Address customer queries related to order delivery
- Work closely with the sales team to handle orders and provide customer service
- Comply with company policies and regulations
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders according to specific requirements
- Ensuring all orders are correctly fulfilled and dispatched to the correct address
- Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any issues or complaints
- Managing returns and exchanges, ensuring they are handled efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the storage and dispatch areas
- Conducting regular inventory audits and reporting discrepancies
