Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and organised Finance Coordinator to support the finance team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
Description
Finance Coordinator
- Coordinate daily finance activities including accounts payable and receivable support
- Processing invoices, credit notes & general admin work
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
- Monitor cash flow and update daily cash reports
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices
- Assist with preparation of VAT returns and other statutory submissions
- Maintain fixed asset register and support with CAPEX tracking
Profile
A successful Finance Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Coordinator)
- Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Good understanding of core accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
