We are working on behalf of a client based in Milton Keynes who is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join their education team, supporting young people through rehabilitation and re-engagement in learning. About the Role:-
Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons leading to Level 1/2 and GCSE qualifications

Develop engaging schemes of work that support reading, writing, and communication skills

Support students with varying educational backgrounds and complex behavioural or social needs

Work collaboratively with a skilled team of educators, SEN professionals, and external agencies
-
Inspire learners to build confidence, develop key skills, and achieve meaningful qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is ideal

Previous teaching experience in English is required

Experience working with SEN pupils and/or in alternative or secure settings is highly desirable

Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
