Salary: £29,344- £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and foster a love of mathematics while ensuring excellent outcomes across KS3 and KS4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement.
- Use assessment data to inform teaching and provide targeted interventions where necessary.
- Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and curriculum development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching KS3–KS4 Maths (KS5 desirable).
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- A commitment to inclusive education and high standards.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
