We are seeking a passionate and skilled Performing Arts Teacher to join our vibrant team at a well-established secondary school in Milton Keynes. This is a Performing Arts Teacher role to cover a maternity leave, offering the opportunity to teach a diverse and engaging curriculum to students across various year groups.

As a Performing Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in performing arts, inspiring students to develop their skills in music, drama, and dance. You will work closely with the department to contribute to the development of an innovative curriculum and support students in achieving their potential in this creative and dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding lessons in Performing Arts, ensuring high standards of student engagement and achievement.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the Performing Arts curriculum.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, encouraging their personal and academic development.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, helping to enhance the school's Performing Arts provision.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
