Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Level 2 in Milton Keynes!

Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 2
Location: Milton Keynes (MK12/MK7)
Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes. The school supports learners aged 4 to 19 years with a diverse range of learning challenges and provides three distinct pathways of provision: Structured, Sensory, and Scaffold. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive environment that focuses on tailored education to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support across the Structured, Sensory, and Scaffold pathways
* Assist in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment
* Support learners' individual educational and sensory needs
* Implement strategies to develop communication, engagement, and independence
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with diverse learning needs
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach
* Autism experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable
