We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly regarded school in the Milton Keynes area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both teaching and learning, helping to shape a positive educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, providing focused support to individuals and small groups.

  • Assist in developing and adapting learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students, aligned with the school’s curriculum goals.

  • Help assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to students and teachers, and support the implementation of improvement strategies.

  • Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment by effectively applying the school’s behaviour management policies.

  • Offer tailored support to students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements, adjusting teaching approaches to suit varied learning styles.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent is required.

  • Proven experience in a similar school-based role.
