Key Responsibilities for a Dealer Service Manager:
- You will act as a key contact to our dealer network, providing support with parts and accessories orders, returns and credits, and coordinating deliveries.
- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and dealer satisfaction by leading a high-performing support function.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Dealer Services team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage and update all role-relevant content on the Dealer Gateway system to ensure accuracy and accessibilities.
- Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager with overnight distribution operations.
- Automotive/ manufacturing background with technical product understanding.
- Experience of parts inventory, procurement and forecasting.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience working with BI tools (ideally Qlik).
- An understanding or experience of logistics/distribution operations to effectively manage their third party logistics partners.
