If you would enjoy a role being the onsite face for health and wellbeing services, we have an excellent role for you. Our successful client are seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager to join them in Milton Keynes on a full time, permanent basis.
Health & Wellbeing Services Manager duties:
-Representing the health and wellbeing service on site
-Managing communication channels to promote the onsite wellbeing programme
-Contributing to health and wellbeing meetings and employee forums
-Monitoring programme effectiveness and engagement
-Reporting and presenting on service delivery and impact
Health & Wellbeing Services Manager duties required skills:
-Demonstratable experience of working as part of a health and wellbeing service in a health and wellbeing role (essential)
-Proficient in developing and implementing wellbeing services
-Must be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Sport Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology or Psychology
-Excellent communication and IT skills
