Opportunity for a process driven and proactive Service Manager to join and manage a well established commercial vehicle dealership based in the Milton Keynes area.

Responsibilities of a Service Manager
路Be a strong performer who can balance managing a team whilst hitting your own daily target.
路Coordinating an organised and cost-effective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles.
路Ensure all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.
路Work to maximise performance and overcome challenges
路Grow retail service and improving efficiency within the vehicle repair workshop.

Skills and Qualifications of an Service Manager
路Must have previous experience as an Service Manager or Workshop Manager
路Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
路Previous HGV Technician experience with a history working up to management roles
路The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
