Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Intervention Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist educational setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEMH environments and a commitment to fostering positive educational and emotional outcomes.

Duties:

Provide tailored academic and behavioral support in one-to-one or small group settings.
Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement engagement strategies.
Guide students in emotional regulation and social skills.
Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports.
Participate in ongoing professional development related to SEMH.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in an SEMH setting or similar role.
Strong understanding of SEMH challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
