Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Intervention Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist educational setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEMH environments and a commitment to fostering positive educational and emotional outcomes.

Duties:
  • Provide tailored academic and behavioral support in one-to-one or small group settings.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement engagement strategies.
  • Guide students in emotional regulation and social skills.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development related to SEMH.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an SEMH setting or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEMH challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant educational or psychology qualifications.
