- Manually programming and setting up CNC turning machines with milling capabilities at customer sites after purchase.
- Providing hands-on training to customers on programming, machine operation, and best practices.
- Travelling to customer locations to install, test, and optimise precision automated turning/lathe machines.
- Diagnosing and resolving programming, tooling, and operational issues to ensure machine efficiency and accuracy.
- Working closely with engineering teams to improve processes, document machine setup procedures, and support ongoing technical development.
- Extensive experience in CNC programming, ideally from a machine shop background
- Proficiency in manual programming and understanding of machine tooling (Siemens NX or SolidCAM knowledge would be an advantage)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field-based customer support and training
