ServiceNow Developer
Hybrid working. 拢70k-80k.
Locations: London, Cardiff, Sheffield, Milton Keynes, Reading, Manchester.
I am recruiting a ServiceNow developer on behalf of my client who are a technology services business with offices across the UK and the globe.
This is a growth role; my client is looking to extend their ServiceNow expertise and continue to grow the managed Services team. You will join a team of Administrators, BA鈥檚, Consultants and Architects, you will be challenged with designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing both baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
We are looking for experience with both ITSM & CSM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
路Designing, developing, configuring, and customising ServiceNow applications and services.
路Full involvement across the development lifecycle.
路Performing reviews on all coding, to maintain standards and security etc
路Assisting and training other developers across the ServiceNow platform.
路Assisting administrators where needed with incident resolution and request delivery.
Qualifications and experienced required:
路ITSM Certified
路CSM Certified (would be advantageous)
路Experience with common web technologies and languages (e.g. XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS)
路Configuration experience of ServiceNow CSDM, Performance Analytics, CMDB, Asset Management and Self-Service Portals.
The role is hybrid, and you will need to be office based 4 days per month as is company standard.
