What you will be doing:
As an SEN Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll be joining Academics and working on a flexible basis, helping schools to:
- Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs in engaging, creative lessons
- Build trusting relationships that help learners feel safe, supported, and confident
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs - and celebrate every achievement, big or small
- Work closely with teachers and professionals to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Bring calm, patience, and a sense of fun to each day - because learning should feel joyful!
What we are looking for as a SEN Supply Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes:
You don't need years of experience (though that's always welcome). What matters most is your:
