Time Plan is working with an independent specialist school for students aged 7-19 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, and related conditions. The school offer a nurturing and structured setting where students learn in small class groups, supported by a dedicated and experienced multi-disciplinary clinical team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in achieving their personal and academic goals within a small, structured classroom environment.
  • Managing challenging behaviours in a calm, empathetic, and proactive manner.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team, including therapists and educational psychologists, to develop personalised learning plans.
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and relaxing learning atmosphere that encourages students to thrive.
  • Promoting positive communication and social skills among students with diverse needs.


Person Specification:

  • Experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, challenging behaviours, or related conditions is desirable.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
