Requirements:

Proven experience supporting students with SEN (school or related setting)
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and proactive approach
Relevant qualifications in SEN or education (desirable but not essential)
