Technical Services Administrator
Here at Manpower, we have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team of one of our busy hire clients based in Milton Keynes.

Within the role the successful candidate will be able to support in all administrative duties related to the engineer's activity, support in any ad hoc duties when required and demonstrate their organisational, time-management and IT skills effectively to support the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer engineering activities for service, repair, and inspection of Customers' Own Equipment (COE) and hire fleet.
  • Organise and manage works from initial enquiry to invoice, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Prepare hire fleet schedules, ensuring compliance and reporting status.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, complete mandatory training, and comply with Risk Assessments and COSHH guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to improve productivity and financial performance.
  • Produce reports as required and support other departments when necessary.


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high levels of integrity and diligence.
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime, including weekends and evenings.
  • Willing to travel for external training and assist other regions when required.


This role is currently a ongoing temporary position.
Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:30pm) - 1 hour lunch 45hr week.
