Sonic Summary

Our client is a prestigious bespoke opticians seeking to hire a part-time receptionist.
The position requires working hours on Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and Saturday from 2 PM to 5 PM.
Candidates should possess exceptional presentation skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting new customers, scheduling appointments, assisting with frame and lens selection, and completing necessary documentation.
Full training will be provided, and the role is suitable for individuals with no specified years of experience required.

Our client is a ‘very high end’ bespoke opticians. Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist.

Friday 9 – 5:30 with 1 hour for lunch and Saturday 2 - 5

The ideal person will have exceptional presentation AND enjoy giving great customer service.

Daily tasks will be –

Meeting all new customers booking in for their eye appointment.

Booking new future appointments

Looking after the customer and help to choose frames, lenses etc

Completing documentation

Full training will be given
