Salary: 45,000 - 48,000 per annum
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee planned and preventative maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. This role will suit someone with strong hands-on skills and experience managing maintenance activities within a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage planned and preventative maintenance schedules
- Carry out repairs, servicing, and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices
- Provide technical support and oversee contractors when required
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition, 2393 Part P, 2365 Electrical Installations or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience with pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, and air handling units
- Experience with refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
- Strong background in fault finding and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
- IPAF Category 3B
