Maintenance Supervisor- Day Shift
Milton Keynes - £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take a leading role on the day shift at a modern, highly automated manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. If you're a driven engineer ready to step up and make a real impact in a forward-thinking environment, this could be your next big move.

The Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
  • Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)
  • Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime
  • Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects
  • Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift culture

What You'll Need:

  • A background in food/FMCG manufacturing
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position
  • A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
