Wild Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse environment. This is a key role supporting both administrative and operational functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and flexibility.

Previous warehouse admin experience is essential.Applications without relevant warehouse administration experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client emails, handling order issues, and rebooking stock

  • Performing stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy

  • Booking goods in and out

  • Picking and packing third-party orders

  • Processing customer RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisations)

  • Carrying out general warehouse office duties as needed

  • Liaising with internal customers and departments in a professional and courteous manner

  • Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all procedures are followed

  • Updating warehouse systems, including third-party platforms, with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ensuring all items received or dispatched are properly recorded and processed

  • Clearly labeling and identifying stock and equipment

  • Ensuring all processes are followed and paperwork is completed accurately and ready for input

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site agreements

  • Undertaking other duties as required in line with business needs - flexibility is key in this role

Requirements:
  • Warehouse admin experience is non-negotiable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - especially via email with clients

  • Familiarity with stock control systems and general computer use

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive and adaptable attitude

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Commitment to following health & safety standards and company processes
