Location: Bletchley
Shifts:

• 6:00am to 2:00pm

• 2:00pm to 10:00pm

• Or rotating between both shifts

• Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Industrious is recruiting for Goods In Operatives to join a busy and dynamic distribution environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that all inbound deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring all items are counted and recorded correctly.

• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.

• Accurately update stock systems and maintain clear records.

• Move, sort, and store goods safely within the warehouse.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of warehouse organization.

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse, or Logistics role is a strong advantage.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely.

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
