We are recruiting for one of our clients who are expanding rapidly and looking to hire a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside warehouse team undertaking warehouse duties as well as supervising and supporting staff
- Order picking, packing, stock control, and health & safety
- Prioritise workloads and ensure timely despatch of orders
- Train team members and complete performance assessments
- Manage stock accuracy, resolve queries, and oversee courier collections
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid & consistent background within warehousing
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
- Positive, solutions-driven, and open to improvement ideas
- Confident using systems (Word, Excel, browsers)
- A team player who thrives under pressure
