Warehouse Operative - Milton Keynes

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

An established and fast-growing supplier are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and focused team in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. For this role you must be able to Drive.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
  • Record and monitor stock movements, deliveries, and collections
  • Manage returns and quarantine stock, highlighting any product quality issues
  • Reconcile physical stock against system records
  • Support logistics, including preparation for trade events and photoshoots
  • Load and unload containers, checking all related documentation
  • Prepare and set up customer showroom displays
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physically capable of handling large, heavy goods
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Numerate (GCSE grade C or equivalent)
  • Comfortable working under pressure
