Warehouse Operative - Milton Keynes
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) | Monday-Friday | No Weekends
An established and fast-growing supplier are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and focused team in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. For this role you must be able to Drive.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Record and monitor stock movements, deliveries, and collections
- Manage returns and quarantine stock, highlighting any product quality issues
- Reconcile physical stock against system records
- Support logistics, including preparation for trade events and photoshoots
- Load and unload containers, checking all related documentation
- Prepare and set up customer showroom displays
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Full UK Driving License
- Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically capable of handling large, heavy goods
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
- Numerate (GCSE grade C or equivalent)
- Comfortable working under pressure
