Description

  • Liaise with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are documented accurately using the appropriate systems
  • Follow instructions given when maintaining equipment and ensure work is done to a high standard and adhering to efficient time scales.
  • Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment to identify potential continuous improvement opportunities and implement these to to ensure efficiency of Property Maintenance.
  • Organise and prepare spare parts and other appropriate materials needed to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods.
  • Provide assistance to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required.




Profile

* Have demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.

* Have comprehensive understanding of Building Services, general maintenance activities and equipment used

* Have excellent written and spoken English.

* Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).

* Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.

* Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.

* Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures
