Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial awareness through pricing negotiations.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Ideally you will have:

  • A genuine interest in electrical engineering or technical products.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is helpful.
