  • Job Title: Building Surveyor - Oxford
  • Responsibilities / Duties:
    • Join a dynamic and growing building surveying team in Oxford.
    • Engage in diverse and innovative projects.
    • Focus primarily on commercial property building surveying with a desirable understanding of residential surveys.
  • Requirements:
    • Conduct pre-acquisition building surveys and schedules of condition.
    • Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and schedules of works.
    • Manage contract administration and CDM.
    • Handle client relationships, provide fee quotes, and manage work independently to meet deadlines.
    • Travel as needed, including coverage for our Oxford and London offices. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
    • Preferably an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience.
