Harte Consulting is excited to present a fantastic opportunity on behalf of the client, a multi-award-winning estate agency in Greater Leeds. A skilled Lettings Administrator is sought to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Lettings or Property Administration who thrive in environments that value autonomy, minimal micromanagement. In your role as Lettings Administrator, you’ll be managing a high volume of tasks at any one time and working from various systems. The Package:

  • Basic Salary £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (full-time) 37 hours per week

The Role:

  • Assisting the other team members with sales and lettings compliance support for the entire group
  • Dealing with regulatory and legal compliances (Update EPC, Gas Safety and ECIR property inspection)
  • Taking ownership of your own workload and manage your own inbound queries and requests from the group
  • Dealing with rent arrears on your own behalf
  • Reconciliation of invoices and banking
  • Carrying out outbound calls to the wider group, dealing with enquiries and administration requests

The Person:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative based role is essential
  • Reconciliation/banking experience or admin experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential
  • Self-motivated, well organised and ability to use own initiative
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT skills must be advanced
