Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an excellent client based in Mitcham who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing customer orders, and maintaining strong relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
  • Calling existing clients who haven’t ordered recently, to check in, maintain relationships, and understand any current requirements or changes in their needs
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration, or similar office-based role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or order systems is advantageous
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
