Maintenance Engineer Anaerobic Digestion
£50,000 plus overtime & benefits

MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, with an electrical bias, to join an established maintenance team based on a 24/7 process plant in Mitcham. Working on a days, Monday to Friday, basis, with an on call rota, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving plant and equipment to minimise downtime and ensure continuous operations.
As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnose and repair of electrical systems (motors, PLCs, control panels, sensors).
- Perform PPMs, troubleshooting and fault-finding.
- Mechanical maintenance on pumps, conveyors, pneumatics, etc.
- Support installations, upgrades, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Participating in a call out rota.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for the role, you should have:
- NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong fault-finding experience in industrial environments.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- PLC knowledge (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
- CMMS experience
- 18th Edition and/or mechanical qualification desirable
