Job Title: Commercial Manager
Contract Dates: ASAP - 12/01/2024 (6 months)
Location: Cork, Ireland/London, Kings Cross
*OUTSIDE IR35*
We arelooking for a full time Commercial Manager for a 6 month contract based in Cork for a well estalibished rail company.
Role can be based in London with regular commutes to Cork, or based in Cork with regular commutes to London. (at least 3 days a week required in the office)
Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Must have access to a smartphone for company software download.
Work Description to be undertaken:
- Provide commercial expertise and clear guidance on NEC contract requirements and documentation.
- Manage the client change control account up to and including final account.
- Manage the recording of progress and delays, change management and keep relevant contemporaneous records.
- Produce and issue target cost client application for payments in line with contract requirements and aligned with programme Earned Value.
