Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Mobile - Paid Door to Door

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer or mechanically-minded individual looking to develop their career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of plant and construction equipment at customer sites. You’ll enjoy variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of resolving issues for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery.
Attend breakdowns and perform on-site repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, following company and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and the support team to ensure high service levels.

Up to £50,000 salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday - no weekends!

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Agricultural Engineer, HGV Technician, or similar mechanical role.
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (desirable - training provided if not held).
