Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Necto Selection�are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor for a large data�centre project. You will be working for one of Ireland's leading building contractors, with a strong existing team of Quantity Surveyors.�Based in Leixlip, this is fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to grow their career whilst being part of an extensive project.

Duties:�

• Reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance.�
• Forecasting cash for the project.
• Improve and implement best practice commercial process and accurate budgeting.�
• The�Electrical Quantity Surveyor�will be working with a wider commercial�team and giving direction to Junior Quantity Surveyors.�
• Preparing progress applications and cost reports, and monthly management accounts for each project.
• Working closely with appointed sub contractors.�

Necessary Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in an M&E background.
• A strong technical background in contracting.
• The ability to multi-task and take an overview on a large number of projects at any time.
• Excellent communication in client management.
