What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-driven individuals with proven sales or customer service experience (real estate background a plus, not required).
• Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive).
• Ambitious self-starters willing to work in a commission-only structure.
• Ready to relocate to Dubai (visa assistance provided).

Role Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and manage client leads (buyers, sellers, tenants).
• Conduct views and negotiate offers.
• Build strong client relationships in Dubai’s competitive property market.
• Stay updated on community insights, off-plan launches, and secondary sales trends.
