Are you a compassionate and experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We’re looking for a Registered Care Home Manager to take the reins of a small, welcoming residential care home in the heart of Derbyshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to person-centred care, and a desire to create a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

About the Role:
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations
Lead, inspire, and support a dedicated team
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and professionals
Manage budgets and resources efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
A current registration with the CQC (or the ability to register quickly)
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
A compassionate, resident-first approach
