Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to offer a rare opportunity as a Sales Negotiator for a well-established independent Estate Agency brand in Mold.
This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or someone from a sales background or graduate with a keen interest in property.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include but not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with buyers, sellers.
- Negotiating offers and deals.
- Attend viewings and client meetings.
- Optimising opportunities with financial services, solicitors, and other products.
- Delivering a high-level of customer service.
You will be rewarded as a Sales Negotiator with the following:
- Basic salary of up to £23,850 basic salary.
- Competitive commission structure.
- On target earnings £35,000.
Required Skills:
- A high-level of IT skills.
- An excellent communicator.
- A keen interest in property.
- Previous experience working in property not a must but would be beneficial.
- Must hold a full driving licence.
