Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a well-established Independent Estate Agency brand in North Wales. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Valuer to join their dynamic team in Mold and the surrounding areas. If you have a passion for property, a talent for valuing, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Valuer, you’ll play a key role in our sales team - providing expert market appraisals, winning new instructions, and building strong client relationships. You'll be the face of the brand for homeowners across Mold and the surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities of the Valuer

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations.
• Advise clients on the sales process, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
• Generate and win new business through referrals, prospecting, and local networking.
• Work closely with negotiators to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Valuer or Senior Negotiator with valuation responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive and driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong local market knowledge (North Wales experience desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
