Reed HR are proud to be supporting a well-established Manufacturing organisation based in Monmouth in their search for a HR Business Partner! This would be a standalone role where you will act as the strategic partner and support leaders to drive organisational success across the organisation

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, developing people strategies that support long-term growth and continuity.
  • Lead recruitment and talent planning, implement performance frameworks, and advise on organisational structure and role design.
  • Strengthen employee engagement, guide leaders through change, and contribute to effective internal communication.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and oversee HR risk management.
  • Champion continuous development by identifying skill gaps and driving upskilling initiatives across HR and leadership teams.
  • Leverage HR analytics to monitor trends, assess risks, and deliver insights that support data-driven decision-making

What you'll need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong track record in driving HR strategies and influencing leadership decision-making.
  • Experience in change management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, systems, and reporting tools.
