Toworkaspartofahigh-performingteamandisresponsibleforcarryingoutroutineanalysisonIPC,rawmaterials,manufacturedandstabilitysamplesusingclassicalandchromatographictechniquesasappropriate.ThisincludestheuseofM-ERPandotherITsystemstomanageandreportdata.
Toprovideaneffectiveanalyticalservicefortheanalysisofnon-routinesamplesandtoassistinthetroubleshootingofproductionproblems.
Analystsmustlivetheclientvaluesandmeetexpectationstoensuretasksarecarriedoutwithintegrity,apositiveattitudeandawillingnesstoworkacrossboundariestooptimizeefficienciesandreducewaste.
Tobeactivelyinvolvedinactivitiesthatarerequiredfortheeffectiverunningofthequalitylaboratory.Activitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedtothereviewandpreparationofprocedurese.g.LSOPs,validationreviews,COSHHandriskassessmentsandclientProductionSystemimprovementactivities.
ToworktocurrentGoodLaboratoryPractice(cGLP)inahighly-regulatedenvironment,followingthedefinedprocedures(LSOPs,GSOPsandotherapplicabledocumentation).
Requiredtobeactivelyinvolvedinvariousauditteamse.g.GMP,5Sandself-inspectionaudits.
InvolvedinsupportingcontinuousimprovementusingGPStoolsandvalueforeverypoundprinciples.
Tobeactivelyinvolvedinthecapabilitybuildingofstaff,thisincludesboththetrainingofotherindividualsintheanalyticaltechniquesinthedepartmentandbeingtrainedinnewtechniques.
Toworkinasafeandcompliantmannerandtoactivelysupportprocessesdesignedtoensurethesafe,compliantoperationofthelaboratoriesasperorderfulfilmentrequirements.
MeetrequirementsofsitestrategyincludingZIPs,ZAPsandnooverduequalitymetrics.
Deviationmanagement,plannedandunplannedchangemanagementandimprovementactionsmustbeowned,prioritizedandcompletedinaprofessionalandtimelymanner.
