With a collaborative finance team of around 8 professionals, the company offers a supportive environment and excellent opportunities for career progression.________________________________________Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team, with a particular focus on Sales Ledger duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and rewarding industry.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:•    Assist with day-to-day finance operations, focusing on the Sales Ledger•    Raise and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner•    Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments•    Support month-end processes and reporting•    Assist with purchase ledger and general accounts administration as needed•    Maintain accurate financial records and documentation•    Liaise with internal departments and external clients regarding financial queries•    Support the Finance Manager and senior team with ad-hoc tasks________________________________________Ideal Candidate:•    Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role, ideally within construction or a similar industry•    Familiarity with Business Central and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) is highly desirable but not essential•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills•    Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively________________________________________Benefits:•    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience•    Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays•    Pension: Standard company pension scheme•    Parking: On-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis•    Progression: Excellent career development opportunities and strong support from senior management
