We are currently looking for level 2 and leave 3 early years practitioners for a beauitiful earll y years setting near Wimbledon.
Key attributes include:
- A positive and dedicated attitude and a real passion for childcare and development
- Being able to provide and sustain a caring environment
- Being able to work a 40 hour week but would consider 4 days a week
- Have a minimum NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Childcare and Early Years Education
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Previous 1-2 years experience in nursery setting

- Build self-confidence and resilience: We support children in making their own choices, celebrating achievements, and learning from challenges.
- Promote creativity and curiosity: Our learning environment is designed to stimulate curiosity through sensory learning activities and play-based exploration.
- Foster strong relationships: We cultivate a community that values positive interactions, teamwork, and mutual respect between children, parents, and caregivers.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday.
