MFK Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients based in London.

Our Legal client is on the look out for a talented Conveyancing Paralegal to support the conveyancing team with the day-to-day running of a caseload. The role is based in their South London Office.

Conveyancing Paralegal - What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the management of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. New build properties.
  • Conduct property searches, including land registry and local authority searches, and provide summaries of findings.
  • Assist with exchange of contracts and completion processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Organise and manage client files, keeping them up to date and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations, ensuring the team is compliant with current legislation.

Conveyancing Paralegal - What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience of at least one year working in residential or commercial conveyancing is essential, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • *Please note that to be successful you MUST be based in the UK, have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and have previous experience as a Paralegal.
