- Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment
- Carrying out routine maintenance, testing, and new equipment installations
- Using SAP to manage Planned Maintenance schedules and monitor performance
- Maintaining safe working practices through the Permit to Work system
- Allocating and supervising daily work tasks for one team member
- Coordinating with third-party contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and timely completion of work
- Keeping accurate records for all maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and installations
- Overseeing civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work within the maintenance scope
- Level 4 Apprenticeship or equivalent trade experience in Mechanical Engineering
- ATEX awareness and ability to work safely in potentially explosive environments
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or scientific setting
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with team leadership capability
- Comfortable with MS Office and SAP systems
