About the Role
Leaders in Care is partnering with a respected and growing provider of complex homecare services to recruit a Director of Nursing based in South London.

This is an exciting senior opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and lead care delivery across services supporting individuals with:
  • Physical disabilities (including brain and spinal injuries)
  • Mental health needs
  • Learning disabilities

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of national clinical operations, leading a team of Registered Managers and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure consistently high standards of care, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong clinical leadership as Director of Nursing, managing multi-site clinical teams
  • Maintain robust oversight of care quality, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead on workforce development, training, supervision, and recruitment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance and care outcomes

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience in complex homecare or nurse case management
  • Clinical background in physical disabilities, mental health, and learning disabilities
  • Proven leadership of regional or multi-site clinical teams
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving Good or above

Salary and Benefits
  • £80,000 £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience
