Salary: £80,000 £90,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9am5pm

About the Role
Leaders in Care is partnering with a respected and growing provider of complex homecare services to recruit a Director of Nursing based in South London.
This is an exciting senior opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and lead care delivery across services supporting individuals with:
- Physical disabilities (including brain and spinal injuries)
- Mental health needs
- Learning disabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership as Director of Nursing, managing multi-site clinical teams
- Maintain robust oversight of care quality, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Lead on workforce development, training, supervision, and recruitment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance and care outcomes
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Experience in complex homecare or nurse case management
- Clinical background in physical disabilities, mental health, and learning disabilities
- Proven leadership of regional or multi-site clinical teams
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving Good or above
- £80,000 £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 10% annual performance bonus
