- To lead on specific areas of the Mental Health Service, including in working with health partners e.g., Mental Health / Learning Disability Team , Continuing Health Care Teams, Children , Schools and Families and SEND Services , and voluntary partners
- To lead and manage the implementation of a strength-based model in the teams to develop a service that improves the availability and quality of advice and information for people, offers timely and responsive assessments and delivers timely discharge planning to support Customers and carers to shape their own lives and the services they receive.
- To undertake regular skill mix review and ensure the workforce structure is designed to meet service demands
- Educated to degree level in a health or social care discipline
- Previous successful experience at a senior management level
- Strong successful leadership, with the ability to lead, manage, mentor, and motivate staff.
