Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Safeguarding Adults Board.
- Ensure compliance with national and local policies and legislation related to social care services.
- Communicate effectively in various challenging situations and with diverse audiences.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to enhance safeguarding practices.
Must Have
- Relevant qualifications in social and healthcare.
- Extensive knowledge of social care policies and legislation.
- Strong communication skills for public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in managing safeguarding boards or similar roles.
- Additional certifications in social care management.
